But since we don't have a ship there, go to Naboo itself:

You can switch to a Delta there for escape.

If you feel like flying fancy, I assigned you another Delta down in Elrood.
You can pick it up and team it to your current ship, then leave one at the final destination of the Y-wing. Having created a means of escape this way, you can hop to Naboo and bring the Y-wing home.
